Monday, August 11th, 2014

8:15am – Homemade Green Juice (Sarah & Peter)
9:15am – Green Chai Tea (Peter)
10:20am – Apple Cinnamon Chard Smoothie w/avocado (Peter)
12:00pm – Leftover Coconut Curry Soup w/brown rice (Peter) Nuttzo Green Smoothie (Sarah)
3:45pm – 1 giant Peach (Peter)
5:30pm – 1 handful of tamari sesame brown rice crackers (Peter)
7:00pm – 1 big slice of Gala Apple and a Justin’s Honey Almond Butter Squeeze Pack (Peter)
8:45pm – Big Mediterranean salad with onion, figs, tomato, avocado, balsamic & herbs + homemade sweet potato pesto pizza with olives and tomatoes on top (Sarah & Peter)

4pm – 1 handful of tamari sesame brown rice crackers (Peter)
7pm – Mexican Salad with Homemade Toasted Tortilla Chips (Sarah & Peter)

Wednesday, August 13th, 2014

9am – Green Tea (Peter)
10am – Green Smoothie w/an orange, frozen tropical fruit mix and pumpkin seeds (Peter)
12pm – Brown Rice Bowl w/store bought hummus and pumpkin seeds (Peter) 1/2 cup raw cashews & Chard smoothie (Sarah)
4:45pm – Almond butter macaroon from farmers market (Sarah & Peter)
5pm – Sliced Apple w/a Justin’s Honey Almond Butter Squeeze Pack (Peter) 1 row brown rice crackers & hummus (Sarah)
8pm – 2 Bowls of Vegetable Chili and 4-5 slices of Buckwheat Cornbread- Each + 1 Tbsp. Raw Honey for Peter (Peter & Sarah)

After Dinner Snack – Rest of bag of chips & Vanilla spice green tea (Sarah & Peter)

Dinner: Green salad w/sprouts, mint, orange, tahini & black eyed peas (Sarah & Peter)
After Dinner Snack: Oats, milk, vanilla, cinnamon & peanut butter (Peter)

So there you have it, one week of eats from the two of us! We know what you are thinking… we eat a lot? :)

Now we want to challenge you!

Every Tuesday we will be doing a post here on the blog about what we ate on Monday, calling it Transparency Tuesdays.

And we want to see what you ate as well.

So every Tuesday (if you’re interested),  we challenge you to post on our FB Page what you ate on Monday and share a photo.  This does mean you will have to keep track of what you are eating. We both love using Evernote for this:)
