  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1¼ cups almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes
  1. Add chia seeds, almond milk and vanilla extract to a small bowl. Stir and put in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes stir and place mixture into blender and blend on high. Add hemp seeds, dates & cinnamon - blend again, you may need to scrape down the sides.
  3. Pour chia pudding into a bowl and top with cranberries and coconut flakes.
