Ingredients
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1¼ cups almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- 2 dates
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes
Instructions
- Add chia seeds, almond milk and vanilla extract to a small bowl. Stir and put in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes stir and place mixture into blender and blend on high. Add hemp seeds, dates & cinnamon - blend again, you may need to scrape down the sides.
- Pour chia pudding into a bowl and top with cranberries and coconut flakes.
