Peter’s Favorite Smoothie

Tropical Greens Smoothie

Serves: 1-2
  • 3-4 leafs of kale
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • A small piece of orange rind (about the size of a US nickel)
  • Stevia to taste (or use 2 dates)
  • ½ bag frozen tropical fruit*
  • 1 Tbsp. raw almonds
  • water, as needed
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder
  1. Place all smoothie ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
*Blend of pineapple, strawberry, banana, etc.)
