Ingredients
- 3-4 leafs of kale
- 1 orange, juiced
- A small piece of orange rind (about the size of a US nickel)
- Stevia to taste (or use 2 dates)
- ½ bag frozen tropical fruit*
- 1 Tbsp. raw almonds
- water, as needed
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Place all smoothie ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

*Blend of pineapple, strawberry, banana, etc.)
