Basic Green Smoothie

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (try almond or coconut)
  • 3-5 ice cubes

Sarah’s Extra-Green, Low-Sugar Smoothie

  • 4-6 kale leafs
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1″ piece of orange peel
  • 1 handful of mint leafs
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen berries
  • 1 cup water

Peter’s Favorite Orange Berry Smoothie

  • 3 kale leafs
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1″ piece of orange peel
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1-2 dates (for additional sweetener)
  • approx 1 cup water or milk
  • 2 tbsp. raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 scoops protein powder (try hemp, brown rice or both)
  • 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
