- 1 cup spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (try almond or coconut)
- 3-5 ice cubes

- 1 orange, peeled
- 1″ piece of orange peel
- 1 handful of mint leafs
- 1 1/2 cups frozen berries
- 1 cup water
Peter’s Favorite Orange Berry Smoothie
- 3 kale leafs
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1″ piece of orange peel
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1-2 dates (for additional sweetener)
- approx 1 cup water or milk
- 2 tbsp. raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 scoops protein powder (try hemp, brown rice or both)
- 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
