Two Additional Notes…

  • Always use organic produce when possible – especially during a cleanse when your consuming a large quantity of fruits & vegetables
  • And buy locally. The fresher the produce is, the more nutrients it will have. If you don’t get a CSA Box, shop at your neighborhood farmers market.

Our Top Juice Cleansing Recipes

The Sunrise

  • 4-5 leafs of kale or chard
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 beet
  • 1/2 inch of ginger
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lemon

Wash all produce. Peel the oranges. Cut the beet and lemon in half. Process all produce through the juicer and serve immediately. Makes 2 servings or 1 really large serving.

The Refresher

  • 2-3 leafs of chard or kale
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 apples
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 inch of ginger

Wash all produce. Cut lemons and apples in half. Process produce through juicer and serve immediately. Makes 2 servings or 1 really large serving.
