Ingredients
- 2-4 leaves of chard
- 2 cups fresh pineapple
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
- 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
- ¾ -1 cup water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
This smoothie is very light and refreshing but feel free to add banana or protein powder to make it more filling.
