Strawberry Chia Jam

Ingredients
- 3 cups strawberries
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup or honey
- 3 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add strawberries and maple syrup to a small pot and bring to a boil, stir frequently to prevent burning and sticking.
- Lower heat to a simmer and smash berries with back of fork or a masher. Then add chia seeds and cook until thick about 10 minutes.
- Add vanilla extract and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Use just like you would jam.
