Serves: 4-6
  • 3 cups strawberries
  • 3 Tbsp. maple syrup or honey
  • 3 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  1. Add strawberries and maple syrup to a small pot and bring to a boil, stir frequently to prevent burning and sticking.
  2. Lower heat to a simmer and smash berries with back of fork or a masher. Then add chia seeds and cook until thick about 10 minutes.
  3. Add vanilla extract and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  4. Use just like you would jam.
