We wanted to share some of the not so common staples we have in our kitchen that show up in our recipes each week.

1) Cacao Powder

2) Coconut Sugar

3) Nutritional Yeast

4) Tahini (Sesame Seed Butter)

5) Coconut Oil

6) Brown Rice Flour

7) Tamari (Reduced Sodium)

8) Miso Paste

All of these ingredients can be found at your local health food store, online and perhaps even some of the bigger conventional grocery stores as well. If you can’t find it, ask for it!
