Sprung4Spring: 21-Day Seasonal Challenge

We’re so happy spring is here, and we want you to join us in our #Sprung4spring challenge!

Eating healthy feels like a chore to many of us, and that’s why we created this. These challenges are a way to get excited about eating super delicious food and having fun while doing it.


How does it work?

It’s a 21-Day challenge that is open to everyone.

Every day there will be a new task that we challenge you to complete and share with us on social media (hashtag #sprung4spring or #theseasonaldiet ). At the end of the challenge we’re going to pull names from the most active participants and choose just one winner for the full prize package!

Plan Ahead!

Remember, you only get what you put into this. In addition to the daily task you’ll also be encouraged to complete the Core 5 every day. Chances are you probably already do a few of these, so you’re really only adding 2-3 ;).

Adding in these core items will dramatically increase your results.

As for the daily tasks, the first action on there is to incorporate fresh berries into your lunch – easy enough, right? Just make sure you head to the store tomorrow to pick those bad boys up so you’re off to a good start!

We’ll be doing this alongside you, because everything is so much more fun with good company.
