Spinach Penne Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 package quinoa penne
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups basil
- 3 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 Tbsp. miso paste
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 2-4 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- While pasta cooks, add all other ingredients leaving out pumpkin seeds and sriracha into food processor. Add water to reach desired consistency.
- Drain pasta and mix in sauce.
- Before serving, top with pumpkin seeds and sriracha.
