Raw Coconut Granola

Serves: 2-4
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup flax meal
  • 3 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ⅔ cup coconut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  1. In a large mixing bowl add oats, flax meal, chia seeds and walnuts. Stir to combine.
  2. Next, in a sauce pan over medium heat melt coconut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  3. Add hot and melted coconut mixture to the large bowl. Stir to make sure everything is coated.
  4. Serve with non-dairy milk!
*For a less sweet, crispy granola; cook at 325°F for 40 minutes.
