Raw Coconut Granola

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup flax meal
- 3 Tbsp. chia seeds
- ½ cup walnuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ⅔ cup coconut butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl add oats, flax meal, chia seeds and walnuts. Stir to combine.
- Next, in a sauce pan over medium heat melt coconut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Add hot and melted coconut mixture to the large bowl. Stir to make sure everything is coated.
- Serve with non-dairy milk!
Notes
*For a less sweet, crispy granola; cook at 325°F for 40 minutes.
