How it's delivered
This is a completely online course. Once you sign up you’ll have access to the entire thing, and can go through it all at once, or over time.
You’ll have lifetime access to it, so you can refer back to it whenever you like. It’s mostly videos with recipes, PDF’s and other resources sprinkled in.
Answers to questions
Q.Can I do this if I’m not in a relationship?
A.You could, but we wouldn’t recommend that. All of the content was created with a couple in mind.
Q.What if my partner is not on board?
A.If this is something you’re really passionate about, and willing to put in some extra work, this might help persuade them. This course will give you a lot of ideas, and will hopefully ease some of their concerns. It could be exactly what you need to finally bring them on board :)
Q.What do you mean by Plant-Based?
A.By “Plant-Based” we mean a diet that is made up of plant-based foods, meaning: vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes, beans, grains, herbs.
Q.What’s the difference between Plant-Based and Vegan?
A.When we say “Plant-Based” we mean the above definition: a diet rich in whole plant-based foods. When say “Vegan” we mean a person who does not eat or use animal products for ethical reasons. “Vegan” doesn’t necessarily mean eating whole foods, as you could be vegan simply by living off of potato chips and oreos (although we don’t recommend that!)
