Ingredients
Chocolate Base:
- ⅓ cup cacao
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
Pistachio Mint Toppings:
- 2 Tbsp. pistachios, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
- sea salt
Peanut Flavor Toppings:
- 2 Tbsp. organic roasted peanuts
- sea salt
Coconut Flavor Toppings:
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes
- sea salt
Instructions
- In a small sauce pan, heat coconut oil until melted, add cacao and maple syrup.
- Line a small Tupperware (or use chocolate molds) with parchment paper and pour in chocolate.
- Top chocolate with desired topping and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
