Pistachio Mint Dark Chocolate

Chocolate Base:
  • ⅓ cup cacao
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
Pistachio Mint Toppings:
  • 2 Tbsp. pistachios, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
  • sea salt
Peanut Flavor Toppings:
  • 2 Tbsp. organic roasted peanuts
  • sea salt
Coconut Flavor Toppings:
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes
  • sea salt
  1. In a small sauce pan, heat coconut oil until melted, add cacao and maple syrup.
  2. Line a small Tupperware (or use chocolate molds) with parchment paper and pour in chocolate.
  3. Top chocolate with desired topping and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
