Persimmon Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 persimmons
- 1 apple
- ½ cup cilantro (or parsley)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 orange
- 1 cucumber
- ½ an onion
- ¼-1/2 jalapeno
- 1 dash of salt
Instructions
- Chop persimmons, apple, cilantro or parsley, garlic, cucumber, onion and jalapeno. Place in a large bowl.
- Cut orange in half and juice orange into large bowl.
- Add a dash of salt and stir well.
Notes
Serve with organic corn chips.
