Ingredients
  • 3-4 leafs of chard
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 frozen bananas*
  • non-dairy milk, as needed
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
Notes
*Freeze peeled bananas for at least 2 hours or overnight
