- 3-4 leafs of chard
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 frozen bananas*
- non-dairy milk, as needed
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
Notes
*Freeze peeled bananas for at least 2 hours or overnight
