Ingredients
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- ½ cup buckwheat groats
- 1 cup walnuts
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup dried mulberries
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 5 dates, pitted
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 dash salt
- 2 peaches
- 1 packet Justin’s Almond Butter
Instructions
- Place oats, buckwheat, walnuts, raisins, mulberries, pumpkin seeds & sunflower seeds into a large bowl and stir well.
- Then place the dates, maple syrup, vanilla extract and coconut oil into a food processor or blender and blend well.
- Pour liquid mixture into the oat mixture and stir well. Add salt and stir again. Line dehydrator sheets with parchment paper and lay cereal out flat on trays. Should fill 1-2 trays.
- Next thinly slice peaches and place on another lined dehydrator sheet.
- Turn dehydrator to 118˚F and dehydrate for 9 hours.
- To serve add cereal and peaches to a large bowl and mix well.
- Serve in small bowls topped with Justin’s almond butter and almond milk.
Notes
*If you don’t have a dehydrator this recipe should work in the oven at 300˚F for 15-20 minutes. We have not tried this but are pretty confident it should work.
