Peach Turmeric Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2-4 leafs of swiss chard
- ¼ tsp. dried turmeric, or 1 inch fresh
- 1 ripe peach, pitted & sliced
- ½ a carrot, chopped
- ½ cup of water
- 7 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy :)
Notes
This is not a super sweet smoothie, if you know you like your smoothies on the sweeter side, add ½-1 banana. Frozen banana would be very good in this recipe too.
