Ingredients
Overnight Oats:
- 1 cup water or non-dairy milk
- 1 cup thick rolled oats
- ½ cup berries, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana, mashed*
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes
Toppings:
- 1-2 Tbsp. nut butter (almond, peanut butter, etc.)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients for overnight oats into a bowl or Tupperware. Mix well and store overnight in the refrigerator.
- In the morning remove oats and top with nut butter, eat cold!
Notes
*Use back of fork to mash the banana
