Overnight Oats:
  • 1 cup water or non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup thick rolled oats
  • ½ cup berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana, mashed*
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 1-2 Tbsp. nut butter (almond, peanut butter, etc.)
  1. Place all ingredients for overnight oats into a bowl or Tupperware. Mix well and store overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. In the morning remove oats and top with nut butter, eat cold!
*Use back of fork to mash the banana
