Olive Garden Salad

Ingredients
Salad:
- 1 head soft lettuce
- ¼ of a red onion
- ½ a cucumber
- ½ red pepper (mild)
- pepperoncini’s
Dressing:
- ⅜ cup white wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. oregano
- ¼ tsp. basil
- ½ tsp. dried onion (minced)
- ¼ red pepper flakes
- 1-2 dashes of salt & pepper
Instructions
- Chop all salad ingredients and place in a large bowl.
- Mix together all ingredients for salad dressing in a small bowl.
- Pour dressing over salad when ready to serve.
