Nutty Fruit Salad

Serves: 2-4
  • 3 oranges, peeled
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ½ cup figs*
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp. coconut sugar (any sugar will work)
  1. Chop oranges, strawberries, figs and walnuts.
  2. Add all ingredients leaving out the lemon juice and coconut flakes to a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Next add lemon juice, top with coconut flakes and serve!
*Figs can be either fresh or dried, both are great!
