Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- ¼ cup sweet relish*
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 Tbsp. chopped red onion
- 2-4 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until mixture starts to resemble tuna.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve on a sandwich, crackers, or with celery.
