Mint Matcha Cooler

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. matcha powder (use a high quality variety, we like DoMatcha)
- 2 cups water
- ½ a cucumber, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- ½ a cup fresh mint
- 3 cups ice
Instructions
- Heat 2 cups of water, just before boiling, and remove from heat.
- Add matcha powder and whisk until well blended.
- In a large bowl place, cucumbers, lemons, mint and ice.
- Pour matcha into bowl and give a nice stir.
- Serve in two large glasses with more ice if it’s not cold enough for you.
