Ingredients
Smoothie Bowl Ingredients:
- 2 cups kale, spinach or chard
- 5 mint leaves
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- non-dairy milk, as needed
- 2 Tbsp. carob or cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs (optional)
Toppings:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup almonds*
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes
- ½ cup sliced strawberries (fresh)
Instructions
- In a high speed blender blend all smoothie ingredients.
- Smoothie should be on the thicker side, since you are eating it with a spoon.
- Pour blender contents into a large bowl.
- Next, top with add ins.
- Feel free to add them all at once and stir or add them as you eat.
Notes
*Try sprouted almonds for an extra crunchy texture
