Smoothie Bowl Ingredients:
  • 2 cups kale, spinach or chard
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • non-dairy milk, as needed
  • 2 Tbsp. carob or cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs (optional)
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup almonds*
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries (fresh)
  1. In a high speed blender blend all smoothie ingredients.
  2. Smoothie should be on the thicker side, since you are eating it with a spoon.
  3. Pour blender contents into a large bowl.
  4. Next, top with add ins.
  5. Feel free to add them all at once and stir or add them as you eat.
*Try sprouted almonds for an extra crunchy texture
