Ingredients
Porridge:
  • 2¼ cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup millet
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 peaches
Toppings:
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 3 Tbsp. almond butter
Instructions
  1. Heat stove to medium and in a medium pot add coconut milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add millet and peaches. Stir, turn down to low and cover. Cook for 20 minutes. If liquid absorbs, add more milk, 2 Tbsp. at a time.
  3. Remove from heat and divide among 2-3 bowls. Top each bowl with almond butter and coconut flakes.
