Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 dates
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1 tsp. green matcha (use good quality organic matcha)
Instructions
- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil; place 2 pitted dates in water while it comes to a boil (this is to soften the dates).
- Next place all ingredients into a high speed blender, (water, matcha, dates, vanilla and hemp seeds) and blend on high.
- Be careful as the water is hot, pour contents of blender into a cup and enjoy.
