Ingredients
- 2-3 handfuls of greens (Chard, spinach, kale)
- 1 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 scoop plant based protein powder
- 2-4 leaves of mint
- 1 Tbsp. flax meal
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
