Great question. This is an 8-week online 1:1 coaching program, where you will learn the basics of plant-based eating, what you need to focus on to get all of your nutrients, to feel full, and increase your energy.
Each week you will have new exercises to help you get in touch with your body, and intuitively know what it needs. Trust yourself so no matter where you are or what you're doing you feel connected to yourself. These will be different for each client, but may include: Journaling, Meditation, Visualization, Curiosity Meals, Mindful Walking, or Joyful Shopping.
We’ll work through what’s happening in your life now, and what’s coming up, so you feel equipped to handle it.
By the end of the program you will…
- Have a clear goal and path to achieving it
- Know how to make plant-based meals and snacks that work for you no matter where you are or what you're doing
- Feel more in touch with your own body and be clear about what foods are best for you
