Honey Apple Salad

Ingredients
Salad:
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 avocado
- ¼ cup red onions
- 1 large apple
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
Dressing:
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
Instructions
- Chop lettuce, avocado, red onion and apple. Add those to a large bowl and top with pumpkin seeds.
- To make salad dressing, mix all ingredients together and stir well.
- Pour dressing over salad when ready to serve. Toss well.
