Being an entrepreneur is tiring… Especially on your emotions. One minute you’re up – feeling on top of the world. The next minute, you’re down – feeling like no one’s interested in your products or services. And this can literally continue for the entire day, making you feel like you’re a little bit CRAZY!
“What’s wrong with me?!” … You may have said to yourself, we sure have.
But the truth is… nothing.
It’s just part of the game. That being said, there are a few things we’ve found to be really helpful, and we want to share them with you.
WHAT WE COVER IN TODAY’S EPISODE
Feel your feelings
- Be upset – it’s good to acknowledge your feelings, otherwise they’ll show up in other areas of your life.
Do something else.. anything, to take your mind off of work
- Exercise
- Watch your favorite TV show
- Call a friend
- Get out of the house for a little while
- Clean your house (boring!)
Create healthy habits
- Healthy Frame of Mind – don’t take things personal
- Eat Healthy – consume foods that give you energy (think fresh and colorful)
- Read – get inspired, learn, and use your imagination
- Get Out in Nature – slow down time, at least for a little while:)
- Meditate
