Hey Hey Hey!
We have a fun show for you today. I don’t know what happened, but you can tell we are in a really silly mood. Peter has me laughing at just about everything, and it takes us like 5 minutes to explain oil pulling. If nothing else, you’ll get a good laugh.
When you listen, it becomes obvious that these are more things that I swear by, but a few of them Peter is pretty religious about. We hope you like this show, and we’d love to hear about your self-care routine!
WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT?
- Meditation
- Yoga
- Dry Brushing
- Oil Pulling
- Exfoliation
- Seasonal Produce

I swear by dry brushing & exfoliating & love seasonal produce. Oil pulling sounds interesting…
Hey Sandi!
YAY for all three and you have to try oil pulling. We wrote about it in this post :https://theseasonaldiet.com/4-natural-cleansing-products
I am lacking my meditation practice and oil pulling. Will get on it. You two are adorable!!! Thanks!
Hey Aissa! Thanks for listening, you should totally give oil pulling a try if you haven’t already. We don’t do it every night but try for a few times a week. And if you need help with your meditation practice, make sure you check out this post: https://theseasonaldiet.com/sd-guide-to-meditation
