Peter here this week, Sarah is up to her eyes in creating our new Summer Recipe Bundle – which will be finished soon! We actually recently fell off the health wagon ourselves, and we’ve got some great tips and ideas to share with you for getting back on ASAP. When you’re in a rut, even if it’s not health related, it’s important to be nice to yourself. Try not to dwell on where you’re at, or compare yourself to where others are, just focus on yourself and take 1 action in the direction that you want to go. Once you make that first effort, it gets easier, I promise:)

      Wow this is so applicable to me right now! Just got back from vacation and working to get back on track again. Green smoothies for breakfast and daily exercise and water are my primary goals right now. Baby steps and being kind to myself is so important. Yes I can, yes I can, yes I can!
