Grands Ol' Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 cups brown rice flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
- 1 green apple, shredded
- 2½ Tbsp. coconut oil*
- ½ cup of non-dairy milk
- 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Lightly oil baking sheet and set aside. In a large bowl, mix together brown rice flour, baking powder, salt, rosemary and nutritional yeast. Stir well.
- Next add shredded apple and the coconut oil. Really break up the coconut oil in the flour. Next add the non-dairy milk and the apple cider vinegar. Mix all together.
- Use your hands and form into biscuits. They should stick together, if they don't add just a touch more milk. They should be crumbly. Form into 8-10 biscuits.
- Lightly spread a little coconut oil over the tops of the biscuits. Bake for 18 minutes.
