Ingredients
  • 2 cups brown rice flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
  • 1 green apple, shredded
  • 2½ Tbsp. coconut oil*
  • ½ cup of non-dairy milk
  • 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Lightly oil baking sheet and set aside. In a large bowl, mix together brown rice flour, baking powder, salt, rosemary and nutritional yeast. Stir well.
  3. Next add shredded apple and the coconut oil. Really break up the coconut oil in the flour. Next add the non-dairy milk and the apple cider vinegar. Mix all together.
  4. Use your hands and form into biscuits. They should stick together, if they don't add just a touch more milk. They should be crumbly. Form into 8-10 biscuits.
  5. Lightly spread a little coconut oil over the tops of the biscuits. Bake for 18 minutes.
Notes
*Plus a little extra for tops

Biscuits are great with soup or a big bowl of chili!
