Serves: 2-4
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • ¼ cup coconut nectar
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 dash sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients leaving out chocolate chips in a food processor. Pour mixture into a medium bowl and fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Form into 10 cookies (about 2 Tbsp. of dough per cookie).
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
