Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil
- ¼ cup coconut nectar
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 dash sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients leaving out chocolate chips in a food processor. Pour mixture into a medium bowl and fold in chocolate chips.
- Form into 10 cookies (about 2 Tbsp. of dough per cookie).
- Bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
