Ingredients
- 4 leafs of kale
- 3 celery stems
- 2 leafs of chard
- 3 carrots
- 1 lemon
- ½ bunch of parsley
- 1 beet
- 2 apples
- ½ inch of fresh ginger
Instructions
- Wash all ingredients and run through an electric juicer. Juice as soon as possible.
