Garlic Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 package quinoa spaghetti
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup green beans
- 3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup parsley
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
- 1½ Tbsp. miso paste
- 1½ cup cooked white beans
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
Instructions
- Chop garlic and place in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Cook with a dash of vegetable broth until it becomes fragrant.
- Next, stir in beans, wine, oregano, basil, red peppers flakes and vegetable broth. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Next add miso paste, turn down to low and simmer. Cut green beans into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions in a large pot. 7 minutes before pasta is done toss in green beans to cook with pasta. Once cooked, drain green beans and pasta.
- Place pasta back into large pot and add the sauce into pot. Add olive oil, sprinkle with parsley, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper.
