Ingredients
  • 2-4 leafs of kale
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup blueberries (frozen)
  • 1-2 dates
  • 1 inch piece of orange peel
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1-2 Tbsp. protein powder*
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxmeal*
  • water, as needed
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to any blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
