Ingredients
- 2-4 leafs of kale
- 1 banana
- ¾ cup blueberries (frozen)
- 1-2 dates
- 1 inch piece of orange peel
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1-2 Tbsp. protein powder*
- 1 Tbsp. flaxmeal*
- water, as needed
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to any blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
