coffee and whine

Welcome to another Foodemental Friday!

This week I am super excited to introduce you to the lovely Dani from Coffee and Whine. We met Dani when we first moved to San Diego, she was sooooo nice; I knew future collaboration was in the works.

Dani is a mom, a wife and an entrepreneur; shes the one to go to when looking for the latest event in San Diego. Whether it’s restaurants, fitness or spas, shes your lady! She has a lot on her plate so I wanted to know, how the heck do you do it all and look amazing doing it? She fills us in below :O

22). One tip for finding balance being a mom, running a business and staying healthy? Stay realistic with my time and not to sweat the small stuff. If something doesn’t get done, then it really wasn’t meant for today :)

My quick go to meal would be a salad with legumes or something even quicker would be toast topped almond butter and fruit. I am currently addicted to a smoothie I drink almost daily made with greens, sour cherries, cocoa powder and soy milk. My favorite restaurant is Raw Aura in Port Credit, Mississauga Ontario. Thanks! Dina
