Ingredients
- 1 pint of figs
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- ½ sweet onion
- ¼ cup dried coconut flakes
Instructions
- Chop figs, avocado, cucumber and onion. Mix well.
- Top with coconut.
- Eat alone, or serve with brown rice crackers or over quinoa!
