  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ½ tsp. cumin*
  • ½ tsp. paprika*
  1. To make the hummus, drain and rinse beans.
  2. Add all ingredients to food processor and combine.
  3. Taste and adjust by adding salt or water if too thick for your taste.
*Any variety of spices work well

Will keep in the fridge for 3 days.
