Creamy Italian Salad

Ingredients
Salad:
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- ¼ of a red onion
- 1 can white beans (rinsed)
- 1 bell pepper
Dressing:
- 2 Tbsp. tamari (reduced sodium)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ¾ cup of water
Instructions
- Wash and chop all salad ingredients. Add them to a large bowl along with the white beans. Set aside.
- Next, in a blender, blend all dressing ingredients. Mix salad and serve.
- Add dressing as needed, you may have some left over dressing.

Extra dressing can be stored in refrigerator for up to 3 days
