Cranberry Apple Sauce

Serves: 2-4
  • 1 package fresh cranberries
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. cloves
  1. Wash cranberries and apple. Chop apple and place in a food processor. Cut orange in half and juice it into food processor. Blend until smooth. A few chucks are ok.
  2. Next place apple orange mixture in sauce pan with cranberries, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
  3. Stir and bring mixture to a boil, turn down to simmer and cook for 15-20.
  4. Stir frequently and smoosh any remaining cranberries that haven't broken open.
