Ingredients
- 1 big handful of greens
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- 1 orange, peeled & sliced
- 1 thumb-sized piece of orange peel
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes
- 3 Tbsp. raw almonds, or ⅛ tsp. almond extract
- 3 drops stevia or 1 date
- 1½ cups water (or more depending on how many greens you add)
- 2 ice cubes*
- 1 scoop protein powder*
- 1 scoop flaxseed meal*
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve and sip with a smile!
