Ingredients
  • 1 big handful of greens
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 orange, peeled & sliced
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of orange peel
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 3 Tbsp. raw almonds, or ⅛ tsp. almond extract
  • 3 drops stevia or 1 date
  • 1½ cups water (or more depending on how many greens you add)
  • 2 ice cubes*
  • 1 scoop protein powder*
  • 1 scoop flaxseed meal*
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve and sip with a smile!
