Cinnamon Curry Fries

Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. coconut sugar
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 450°F.
- Wash each sweet potato and remove ends. Cut length wise into slabs about 'pinky finger width'. From there, cut out ¼ inch, fry-shaped pieces.
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients leaving out the sweet potatoes. Mix well.
- Next add sweet potatoes to large bowl and toss to coat.
- Place sweet potatoes on baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Make sure fries have a little room on each side, might have to use 2 baking sheets.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
