Serves: 2-4
  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • dash sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. carob powder
  • 1½ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cups almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 banana, diced
  1. In a large bowl combine flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and carob. Mix well. Next, add the milk and oil to large bowl. Mix well. Lightly oil pan, place on medium heat. Scoop batter into pan, making 2-3 pancakes at a time. Cook for several minutes until middle starts to bubble. Flip pancake and cook for 1-2 minutes on other side.
  2. Makes about 10 pancakes.
  3. Serve with strawberries and maple syrup or whatever you like. Enjoy!
