To sum it up, we want to empower you in the kitchen so you have the proper fuel to reach your goals and achieve your dreams. Whether that’s finding the time to put a healthy meal on the dinner table, running your first marathon, writing a book or even traveling the world. Whatever it is we are here to support you and encourage you.
We truly believe that if you are eating a healthy diet you can achieve ANYTHING.
But it’s not always easy to make healthy choices in the kitchen, especially when first starting out or at times when you’re extra busy.
So we created The S&P Planner to help guide you down the healthy eating path with healthy challenges.
Each day there is a different action and by completing these actions everyday you’re getting healthier and creating healthy habits at the same time. Some days are harder than others, and some items will take a little planning ahead.
We think they’re all achievable.
…however on Facebook we had a friend comment saying that the planner is too hard and not achievable for moms. We understand that some days there is simply no time! That being said we want to encourage you to give them a try and when you’re having a hard time, come back to this post and let us know in the comments below.
