Here at Cooking With CSA we create really healthy recipes
But really, we believe that eating healthy will greatly improve your life.
…Which really means we encourage you to try our recipes in hope of inspiring you to achieve your greatest desires.
To sum it up, we want to empower you in the kitchen so you have the proper fuel to reach your goals and achieve your dreams. Whether that’s finding the time to put a healthy meal on the dinner table, running your first marathon, writing a book or even traveling the world. Whatever it is we are here to support you and encourage you.
We truly believe that if you are eating a healthy diet you can achieve ANYTHING.
But it’s not always easy to make healthy choices in the kitchen, especially when first starting out or at times when you’re extra busy.
So we created The S&P Planner to help guide you down the healthy eating path with healthy challenges.
Each day there is a different action and by completing these actions everyday you’re getting healthier and creating healthy habits at the same time. Some days are harder than others, and some items will take a little planning ahead.
We think they’re all achievable.
…however on Facebook we had a friend comment saying that the planner is too hard and not achievable for moms. We understand that some days there is simply no time! That being said we want to encourage you to give them a try and when you’re having a hard time, come back to this post and let us know in the comments below. We want to help you and we would love for you to come back and encourage other moms by sharing your successes!
We Need Your Help!
Leave a comment below right now telling us if you think the S&P planner is achievable.
Print or come back to the S&P Planner and check off each day with us!
We are not moms, but if you need proof that this is something moms can do check out these moms kicking butt and making health a priority in their homes!

I think 6, 7, 23 and 25 won’t work for me. I don’t do cooking with friends, so 6 and 7 are out. Occasionally I will share recipes, but that’s about it. As for 23, we don’t do smoothies since we prefer to eat foods whole and not pureed, and we don’t each much in the way of sugar/fructose. Likewise with 24, I eat pumpkin seeds, but not the pumpkin. Other than that, most of what is on the list we already do.
TheresaOlmstead Friends, Family we will offer some leeway:) And sharing recipes is great, you never know who is looking for something just like you have. And pumpkin seeds totally count for a pumpkin recipe. You know we love pumpkin seeds:) Keep on the healthy eating wagon, its very inspirational! Thanks for sharing Theresa:)
I definitely think it’s doable, but I already do 50% of these on a regular basis. If I didn’t, having to incorporate something new every day might feel overwhelming. Perhaps suggesting that subscribers add 1-2 items per week might feel more achievable for some. You could also ask people to do as many of items in a month as they can, assign points for each, and then get people to post their scores at the end of the month. Do the same thing the following month, encouraging everyone to beat last month’s score.
LaurelNelson I love your suggestions! Peter and I will work on this for next months planner! Congratulations on doing 50% on a regular basis, that is impressive. Thanks for sharing:)
