Ingredients
Cereal:
- 1 cup raw buckwheat
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- ½ an avocado
- 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp. toasted carob powder
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup raisins
Toppings:
- coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a food processor, process buckwheat, avocado and non-dairy milk. Next add banana, cacao, carob and process. Finally add raisins and pulse a few times.
- Scoop out and into a bowl and top with coconut flakes if desired.
