Basic Chia Cereal

  • 3 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. Hemp Seeds
  • ⅔ cups almond milk (or coconut)
  • ½ a pear, diced
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  1. Mix chia seeds, hemp seeds, almond milk, pear, cinnamon and vanilla in a container and stir well.
  2. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but overnight is the best.
  3. In the morning, top with walnuts and whatever else you might like and serve.
