This isn’t your average green juice. It’s for you if you want something more filling, yet still packed with easily digestible nutrients. Benefit: Anti-Fungal. Cinnamon is such a powerful herb, with many benefits, but one of them is anti-fungal which is great for fighting candida, yeast, ring worm and other fungal infections.
Serves: 2
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 apples
  • 1 cup chopped sweet potato (raw, skin still on)
  • 3 leaves of chard
  • 1 pear
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  1. Place first 6 ingredients in an electric juicer, add cinnamon at the end and stir.
  2. Makes 1 large or 2 small juices.
