Asian Sensation Noodles

  • 1 package kelp noodles
  • 5 Tbsp. almond butter
  • 2 dates
  • 1 Tbsp. miso paste
  • 1 tsp. wasabi powder
  • 1 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp. ginger powder
  • ¼ - ½ cup water
  • ½ cup cabbage
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 tomato
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 lime
  1. Remove kelp noodles from package, chop noodles in half or cut with scissors so they are not too long, and soak in a bowl of warm water.
  2. Next, in a food processor place almond butter, dates, miso, wasabi, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and a little water to start; process until smooth. You may need to add a little more water. Sauce should be thick but not pasty.
  3. Next chop cabbage, onion, carrot, tomato, cilantro and walnuts. Set aside.
  4. Drain kelp noodles and place in a large bowl.
  5. Pour sauce over noodles and mix really well. You want all the noodles covered in sauce.
  6. Next add chopped vegetables to bowl.
  7. Top with bean sprouts and lime.
*Will keep for 2-3 days in the refrigerator
