Asian Sensation Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 package kelp noodles
- 5 Tbsp. almond butter
- 2 dates
- 1 Tbsp. miso paste
- 1 tsp. wasabi powder
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp. ginger powder
- ¼ - ½ cup water
- ½ cup cabbage
- 3 green onions
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 tomato
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ½ cup cilantro
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 lime
Instructions
- Remove kelp noodles from package, chop noodles in half or cut with scissors so they are not too long, and soak in a bowl of warm water.
- Next, in a food processor place almond butter, dates, miso, wasabi, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and a little water to start; process until smooth. You may need to add a little more water. Sauce should be thick but not pasty.
- Next chop cabbage, onion, carrot, tomato, cilantro and walnuts. Set aside.
- Drain kelp noodles and place in a large bowl.
- Pour sauce over noodles and mix really well. You want all the noodles covered in sauce.
- Next add chopped vegetables to bowl.
- Top with bean sprouts and lime.

*Will keep for 2-3 days in the refrigerator
