Apple Nachos

Ingredients
Carmel Sauce:
- 1 cup raw macadamia nuts
- ¼ cup coconut nectar
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
- dash sea salt
- water, as needed
Nachos:
- 5 apples thinly sliced
- 5 Tbsp. coconut flakes
- 5 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- 5 Tbsp. chopped pecans or raisins
Instructions
- In the food processor, process all the ingredients for the caramel sauce until smooth. Should be thick, but not too thick.
- Place the caramel sauce in the corner of a ziplock bag and set aside.
- On a large platter or individual plates, layer the apples then place the nuts, cranberries and coconut flakes on top.
- Lastly cut a small hole in the lower corner of the bag and drizzle the caramel sauce over the top!
